1. Services Provided

We offer comprehensive garden maintenance services, including but not limited to:

Regular Lawn Mowing: Ensuring your lawn remains healthy and well-manicured.
Pruning and Trimming: Maintaining the shape and health of your plants and shrubs.
Weed Control: Effective removal and prevention of unwanted vegetation.
Seasonal Clean-Up: Preparing your garden for different seasons to enhance its beauty and functionality.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our designated channels. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times, though availability may vary based on demand.

2.1. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

3.1. Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.

Ensure pets and children are kept safe and away from work areas.

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Garden Maintenance Bow is not liable for any damages arising from:

Pre-existing conditions in the garden.
Natural occurrences outside our control, such as storms or pests.
Client negligence or failure to provide necessary information.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.

6.1. Immediate Termination

Garden Maintenance Bow reserves the right to terminate services immediately under circumstances including:

Non-payment of fees.
Unsafe working conditions.
Violation of agreed terms.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bow. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this area.
